Short-Term Missions Makes an Impact!

We recently had the privilege of catching up with a team leader we had the privilege of working with last year. We coached and encourged her as a leader as well as provided training and resources for her team from Eden Community Church in Auckland. Their team spent two weeks serving in India in December.

Since returning to New Zealand, one team member has started a building apprenticeship so that he can use those skills cross-culturally.  Another team member has started learning to teach English so he can use those skills both in New Zealand and around the globe. A third team member quit her job and has started a nursing program, believing that God would use her in that field either here in New Zealand or in another country.

Through Good Training, a Good Experience, and Good Debrief, short-term mission can make a difference, both on those who go and those they go to serve!
